A key part of this project involved understanding who would use Bloom Book and how they would interact with it. Surveys, research, and user personas were developed to define the app’s core audience and their needs. These insights guided the structure, features, and overall interaction model of the platform. In creating a digital experience for the brand, UI and UX were essential to ensuring clarity, usability, and engagement. The interface was designed to feel approachable and intuitive, allowing users to identify plants, access care information, and explore educational content with ease.
